1. Freshness Commitment
We collect fresh eggs daily and strive to deliver products in the best possible condition.
All products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, due to transportation, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, issues may occasionally occur.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• The product is damaged at the time of delivery.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The delivered product has a genuine quality issue.
• The order is incomplete due to our error.
Customers must notify us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
3. Reporting an Issue
If you face any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
When reporting an issue, please provide:
• Your Name
• Mobile Number
• Order Details
• Photos or Videos (if applicable)
• Description of the issue
This helps us review the matter quickly and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Refund Process
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Panipat Organica reserves the right to review each refund request before approval.
5. Replacement Policy
If the issue qualifies for replacement, we may replace:
• Damaged Eggs
• Incorrect Products
• Products with verified quality issues
Replacement products will be provided based on availability.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements may not be provided in the following cases:
• Change of mind after delivery.
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
• Failure to receive the order at the agreed delivery location.
• Minor natural variations in product appearance, size, or color.
• Requests made after the reporting period.
7. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable once the order has been successfully delivered.
However, if an issue occurs due to our mistake, we may review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch.
Once an order has been prepared, packed, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
